Art 1. General Terms & Conditions

  1. Participants in the referral program must be at least 18 years old and must be residents of Belgium or Germany.
  2. Participants must have a valid email address and must provide accurate personal and payment information when signing up for the referral program.
  3. Participants are allowed to refer as many people as they like, but may only use legitimate means of communication (e.g. personal emails, social media) to do so.
  4. Participants may not refer themselves or create multiple accounts in order to receive referral rewards.
  5. Referral rewards will only be given to the referrer once the referred individual has completed at least one Qualifying Action (see Art 3.).
  6. Referral rewards are non-transferable.
  7. The referral program is subject to change or termination at any time at the discretion of Accountable.
  8. By participating in the referral program, participants agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of Accountable regarding the referral program.
  9. Accountable reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
  10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the referral program will be resolved in the courts of Brussels.

Art 2. Referral Rewards

  1. We offer 10€ per account created on basis on the referral link that completes one of the qualifying actions (see Art 3.).
  2. We offer an additional 100€ per such account that subscribed to a paid plan.
  3. Only accounts created through a valid unique referral link can be deemed eligible for a reward.

Art 3. Qualifying Action

Art 1.5. states that “referral rewards will only be given to the referrer once the referred individual has completed a qualifying action”.

In other words, a simple account creation is not sufficient to deem the right to a reward.
