The AI Tax Advisor is available for users in the FREE/Invoicing/Bookkeeping subscription plans.
Even though we address your specific situation when answering your questions, we only provide general information and do not conduct an individual tax assessment. In such cases, we are happy to connect you with a certified tax advisor.

- Free webinars provide expertise and guidance about becoming Self-employed, getting started in the app, and managing your tax submissions.
- A selection of guides and resources to better understand how taxes work.
- Personalized written support to answer your questions about taxes or using Accountable. Expect a practical answer to your questions in plain English within 1 business day.
- For more complex inquiries, we will get the support from our Tax Coaches and get back to you within 3 business days.
- External support is available when needed, with a connection to an external certified tax advisor.
- ⚠️ Guidance in a video call is not available as part of the GROW/SMALL/PRO/TAXES plans.
- ⚠️ If you require faster assistance, or more direct/personalized guidance, or want to book 1-1 video calls, you always have the option to subscribe to our MAX plans.
