1. Scope and definitions

1.1 These terms govern the Accountable Cashback Programme (the "Programme") and form part of the Accountable Terms and Conditions. Where these terms conflict with the general terms, these terms apply to the Programme only.

1.2 In these terms:

• Banking means the Accountable Banking account, provided in partnership with Swan.
• Card means a virtual or physical Accountable Mastercard issued to your Banking account.
• Card Purchase means a payment for goods or services made with your Card.
• Eligible Spend means Card Purchases that qualify for cashback under clause 3.
• MCC means the merchant category code assigned to a merchant by the card networks and transmitted with each Card transaction.
• Max means the Accountable Max subscription plan.
• Base Cashback and Boost Cashback have the meanings given in clause 2.
• Month means a calendar month.

1.3 The Programme is open to Accountable users with an active Banking account and an active Card, in Germany and Belgium. It is available to you in your professional capacity as a self-employed person or business. It is not a consumer offer.

1.4 Cashback is calculated and paid by Accountable. Swan provides transaction data only and is not a party to the Programme.

2. Cashback rates and caps

2.1 Cashback is earned on Eligible Spend at the following rates:

2.2 The caps are total amounts per Month for your account. For users on Max, the €25 cap is a single shared cap: Base Cashback stops accruing once total cashback for the Month reaches €25.

2.3 Base and Boost Cashback do not combine on the same transaction. A Card Purchase in your selected boost category earns 5%. All other Eligible Spend earns 0.5%.

2.4 Caps do not roll over. Unused cap in one Month does not carry into the next.

2.5 Cashback amounts are calculated per transaction and rounded to the nearest euro cent.
