- The team is available during work hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).
- Free webinars provide expertise and guidance about becoming Self-employed, getting started in the app, and managing your tax submissions.
- A selection of guides and resources to better understand how taxes work.
- Personalized written support to answer your questions about taxes or using Accountable. Expect a practical answer to your questions in plain English within 1 business day.
- For more complex enquiries, requiring search or investigations, we will get the support from our Tax Coaches and get back to you within 3 business days.
- External support is available when needed, with a connection to an external certified tax advisor.
- ⚠️ Guidance in a videocall is not available as part of the SMALL/GROW/PRO plans.
- ⚠️ If you need faster assistance, or more direct/personalized guidance, or want to book 1-1 videocalls, you always have the option to subscribe to our MAX plans.
